TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. It uses a low voltage electrical current to stimulate the muscle and nerves for pain management. Allows placement of 2 leads, which has a total of 4 pads. Placement on the body should have the black and red leads facing each other (not beside each other). The idea is that the current will cross through the painful area.
EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. The low voltage current stimulates muscles when adjusted to a particular setting.
Biofreeze (cold therapy)
Biofreeze is an analgesic formulated to provide a variety of benefits for therapy, pain relief, exercise/training and overall comfort.
Massage balls promote healing to an effected area. When rolling along the body, this provides a kneading affect which allows deep muscles to release and increase blood flow to the area.
Compression Socks and Sleeves
Compression sleeves are worn during sports activities. They stimulate venous return during effort, contribute to good oxygenation of the muscles and help reduce cramps.
The socks are worn after physical exertion, during the recovery phase (minimum of 2 hours). They stimulate venous return and contribute to a better recovery. They help reduce muscle aches and pains.
Available in male and female sizes.
