Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning involves the creation, implementation and monitoring of specialized physical activity and fitness programs to improve your health, rehabilitation and athletic performance.

At the ACCEL Centre, we utilize a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) to provide all training. The Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) is the gold standard for health and fitness professionals, so you can be assured that you are getting the highest quality programs, guidance and advice.

We provide a variety of services for both injured and healthy clients, including strength and conditioning packages for athletes. CPTs can also work closely with your managing therapist to ensure your rehabilitation goals are met.
